My love for you
I can’t fathom
My narcissistic self
Unable to care
Indifferent to love

I hate you but
Can’t be without you
I understand you but
Stand here baffled

Change is everything to me
To you peaceful stillness is life

What fate has brought us here
Just hope that takes us onwards
Don’t know when I started to care
But I do know now that I do

You are beautiful when you smile
Spectacular when you cry
Gentle when you are sad
Senseless when cranky

Flawed but we are but
On with life we go coz
We have promises to keep
And love to make before we sleep
