The Calm Frustration

feel like hitting something | feel like breaking down walls | feel like taking life | feel like taking mine

feel so helpless | feel so bound | feel so angry | feel so much pressure | my head is clamped |  the heat is on

the race to the end | the road out of this hell | the victory  survival

the pressure builds

my heart is pounding | the sound resonating

cant die now | so far yet so near

cant quit right now | I must survive

hear me now | heed my word

here and now | heal your path

calm down now …………………….. take it slow ……………… calm as the sea …………..  before the storm
