How to start jogging again

“Feel free and fresh and let your troubles sweat from your head”

How I did it: Decided to stop making excuses. So i got my pair of unused Nike Free 5.0s started using them.

I started very slow and slowly increased the distance. I try to work most muscles than just run for a long time, this will make it more time efficient.

Lessons & tips: You don’t need any sophisticated equipment, just get on the road. You don’t have to push yourself to much, do it to enjoy it.

Try to remember the time when you were running around as a child. Aim for a free mind, that is the root of well being.

It took me 6 months.

It made me happy
