How I did it: I made myself give whenever I get paid. Just a way of giving thanks for all my blessings. The more success I get the more I lend. I use Kiva like a savings account. Go to http://www.kiva.org to get started.

Lessons & tips: Make yourself do it first thing every month. The rest of your month will be better knowing that you have helped somebody make their life better.
