Monkey King’s New Music Video ‘Globetrotter’

So while the whole world was turning on its axis, we the 1 or 8 Faction decided to get Monkey King hooked up with a music video.

The chief perpetrator was auteur extraordinaire Mr. Gerald JC Crump along with his highly talented crew from NYU Tish Asia School of Arts. Providing the exotic transportation was Luxe Cars with Mr Chris at the wheels of those hot blooded monsters.

Sup clothing provided the clothing for the cast and True Crew lent a hand with the beautiful dancers, while Ms. Gilani choreographed the dance sequences.

We have so many people to thank but here is a short list. Seth Paradox, Marttise Hill, Han West, Kyle Hasket, Jordan, Matthew Boyer, Hassan from Pic Cell, Jason from Indochine, Dawn Jay, Kwizyne, Zushan, Merah, Taofik, Mimi San, Rino, Donnovan, Billy Yuen, Kris Fang, Rebecca Chen,Wendy and so many more. I will add to the list as time goes on.

Took this picture at a party at Wave-House (A Beach Club in Singapore). It did not look very promising initially but the eyes held my particular interest. So did some work in good ol’ Photoshop and here is the result.

Both characters express the promise of youth immensely. One is closed shielded from it’s troubles and the other is open, with hope and life. What is in my eyes? I wonder now.
